Also, when I first reached out to Justin having been referred to him, I had about a 5 year time horizon...I was just beginning to think about moving/retiring. Despite this, he prioritized me and took me around on several occasions when I came to the area to visit. Other agents might have not been open to taking on a client who was a long shot. In the end my time horizon sped up and within about 2 years of reaching out to Justin, I made a purchase. So glad it worked out for both of us.

Justin was more than a real estate professional he went above and beyond in all aspects. He helped finding the house, he helped find a fence installer and coordinated between the HOA and installer. We were out of town and this was an enormous help to us. He was always there when we had a question or need his advice or help. He found and hired an inspector for the house and that was more than wonderful. The inspector was able to identify several building flaws and we were able to get those resolved before moving in. I would not buy or sale another house it this area with out using Justin.
